Minority

Have you ever the feeling that a minority part of the world rules the whole world?
That has ever been there since the existence of mankind.
Although we're a sort of individuals, we like to be lead by a minority of powerful 'leaders', because
some of them are projections of our desires/dreams: they have the  money, beauty, power, the life they living,
the character we want to have, etc...
If you can create something that a large amount of people will need, even if it's not necessarilly to be needed,
then you can be assured to have recognition that you always are wanting for.
But how do you do it?
It's quite easy to watch the majority of people leading their lives thanks to the social networks.
The success of these networks is depending on the stories they are telling and mostly these networks
are maskering (read: exaggerating) their lives because everyone wants to be a VIP. in the eyes of others.
The real VIP's are the one who are controlling the society with their hopes and desires, mostly the rich ones.
And what if even these people are depending on others above their knowledges?
Then we've a sort of equilibrium because leaders only are reaching the sky with their people beneath them.

Since there are many "protective" rules, created in the past, the middle class (and sometimes even the poor ones) are becoming more important than people above them, so respect is far away between these levels.
They say: a leader is created by his own people, so nowadays this system doesn't function anymore, because
even 'leaders' don't know how to lead if they are surrounded by laws, changement of mentalities, ascendancies, religion, culture, money etc.

And that's why we have to keep it simple:
Let  people have their dreams projected by leaders.
Give some possibilities to be a good leader.
Let the leaders do their work to help people.
Relations and Morality have to be as important as money.
Think and act for a better future for the community.
