Water, l'eau, Wasser,

It is almost unbelievable that a human is consisted of 80 % water. Without water, there is no life at all, but too much water, that's not a life eather. Look at these inundations in the world. For South-East Asia, we can understand that because of the monsoon-time. It's raining cat's and dog's for not just one day, but at least 4 days... That's why all these skyscrapers are using for: high and dry... No, be serious. They use terrace-culture to make agriculture and since rice and soya are using a lot of water to grow, it's perfect.
Most of the poor houses in these region will be float away. Bangladesh is one of the states with many inundations.
But, oh my God, if these inundations are happening in Europe, "then I think to myself, what a wonderful world!" like Louis Armstrong had sung for Perrier....
The only reasons for inundations in Europe is: bad spatial arrangement, caused by too many houses in (reinforced) concrete and less, or bad maintenance of the drainage-canals . They say: 'a belgian is born with a brick in his stomach' And see the results: a little hard-rain of 15 minutes is already enough to cause a little tragedy. Thank God for the insurance-companies...
Solution? Build some modern canalizations above or beneath the ground or install for each house one water source or well. Free water for every-one! Except the cleaning-tablets...
