If you know that next year, life will be more expensive than ever, what would you do?
Change your life-style perhaps, or "it doesn't matter?"
Life is always been changing for centuries but more in the 'convenient' way:
We have in the Western Europe-part the best living circumstances we can imagine and yet we are complaining that life is expensive.
Of course that is true, but we can do something about it and still enjoying our same 'convenient' lifestyle.
How?
By changing our habits of course! And don't spill our energy-or life suppliants.
It sounds weird, but how often we let energy flue away?
Let the lights on, the heater on maximum level, taking a full bath, telephone more than necessarily, the computer all night long for downloading (il)legal films, eating too much snack, using household-devices too often, taking a car for 500 meters...
These are all little things, but they will become bigger when you count it.
Do it on the old-fashioned way: use your energy as efficient as possible. Don't use it if it isn't necessary. Move more physically instead of using convenient machines. It is good for your health and it will spare on your health-care costs too.
By getting higher ambitions.
We are so dozing off in our cosy island that we are forgotten to realize that all this will cost us money. NOT buying these convenient things, but to maintain/entertain these.
You are regarding a beautiful application, a computer for example, but will you also realize that a computer is no thing without a connection on the Internet, with an broadband-modem on electricity, using the telephone cable which is rented and after a year a virus will be kept on your old-fashioned computer so that you will need another one, because you're a Net-addict???...
So, the solution is to gain more money and the circle will be round again...
It's like throwing a stone into the water and you see the water-circles...
Keep it simple!
The more complex your lifestyle will be, the more you don't see the essence of life and your body will react on that by stress, depressive feelings, absent-mindedness, illness etc.
A clear view on your life, love, work, health and money is more than recommended.
There are many ways to keep your budget in order. Therefore specialized magazines are here for you. Remember one thing: you are never too old to learn/experience/find it out.

Kanker, Krebs, Cancer, рак, 癌症
Cancer is mainly a lifestyle-illness. Like most of incurable human illnesses, it came from our industrialized world, combined with the word 'too much': eating/drinking/smoking/ too much/sun/sex/drugs/sugar/fat/complaining/emotion/pessimism/stress/sport...
If you don't believe that, what else do you believe?
It's our lifestyle and habits/attitudes that can crank us and one person said to us that everybody has cancer, but in a small portion. Once this portion will become bigger, then you can say that the doctor has discovered a benevolent or a malicious tumour.
Unfortunately cancer is a silent disease: you don't know it until it's too late...
What you can do is to change your lifestyle from 'too' to 'less'. Be more hygienic and change your cooking-style from grilling and frying to stir-frying and steaming...
Most important at all, be happy with what you do and what you have!
