Dr. Herman Le Compte was a famous Flemish Doctor, who claimed that a human being can be 1000 years old...
by using well-dosed Vitamins (C)!
Eccentric as he was, he became famous in the 1960's in TV-presentations and was 'beloved' by the normal population as well as (very) criticized by his medical colleagues. Later, he became more famous in parodic Flemish programs as "De drie Wijzen" and the Spin-off "Chris & Co".
