Respect Respekt уважение 尊敬

What is respect? That is"looking" at person(s) or things at least two times: respectare in Latin, to look again.
It means, we have to look closer than the surface and see through the object(s). Or at least listen to what the person is going to say. And think again
Some people don't have the patience to respect other living beings or even materialistic things, peoples properties. Why? Because they want to choose the easiest way: living with prejudictions, the 'good' education of their parents (who doesn't respect neither), their brain(s) that doesn't (allow) to think, to tired maybe,... who knows?
One thing is sure: don't dispute with someone who's ignorant.
The reason why there is less respect in the world is that wealthy people are living in their own island of 'safety', more egoistic or isolated in their clan(s) . We know that some rich people are not respecting their workers and vice versa because of their salary point of view.
If we see that honourable teachers, inspectors, police(wo)men or even institutions are the victims of a demoralized society (read: power of money), exactly these men who are giving some rules and/or values that makes us humane, then we have to worry about our humanity.
Fortunately, we see that earlier in other countries, so we can change this attitude by creating a more positive team spirit, distributed by the Media. Yes, the same source(s) that has created the souring society can be used in a positive way. Get used to it, folks!
