Colour and name of a medicine can push the placebo-effect. Just a few remarks...

An injection would be more effective than a pill.
A bigger pill more efficient than a smaller.

White will be more pain-killing .
Yellow, red and orange more stimulating.
Light-blue and green more anti-depressive.
There are also differences between men and women...
wheater-blue is relaxing for women, but exciting for men. Pfizer gave his Viagra not for nothing a blue colour!

The meaning of a name or association can have an impact on the placebo effect.
Let's take Viagra again. In this name, Viagra sounds like 'vigour', meaning straignth, power, force. But also associated with the Niagara-Falls between the borders of Canada and the USA.
