Made in China

When you see this sign in a consumer-product, then you know what time it is: the yellow economic danger is not far away...
It is not always labelled that way. Sometimes you find "made in PRC ' or Taiwan. The basic thought is the same: make it cheaper to please consumers AND producers (read: multinationals)
to have big gains with it.
In general it is not a bad idea at all. These 'poor' manufacturers have a job, so they can send some money to their parents. They can buy some 'things' they have created their own. The well known brands are earning a lot thanks to their 'cheap' (wo)manpower and so their stock-holders. Everybody seems to be happy...
With(out) knowing the mighty Western market is creating their own downfall: because they want more benefits, the market would be dislocated (in theory), but no one would believe that the Peoples' Republic of China would simply let them go. The Chinese market is big enough to create a parallel market, much more cheaper than their name-related products are capable of. With a visual (virtual) same model, but inside (actually) meaningless. And of course the younger generation is ready to take over what the older has realized. Since the growing potential is not only taking economically but also socially, then more or less the world economy stays with China.
We believe that "made in China" will be evolving in more and more qualitative products . ALSO more and more fake products will be in the running because the market is so big (cfr. parallel). Because this culture will be always connected with communism (Everything for everyone). Because China now = Japan in the end 1960's. Because of the Peoples' flexibility and strength.
The only way to hold on Western standards and comfort, is to compete with China and to copy their thinking - working harder, cheaper loan-standards, flexible laws etc...
Even more qualitative rules or more severe import-quotes couldn't let China be outside their cosy Western culture, because China is creating and faking this culture too!
So let's get not so arrogant and 'attack' them with the same (intellectual and practical) weapons.
Strategy, my dear Sherlock... Mrs. Angela Merkel knows all about it!
