Hackers Intrus Häcker 黑客

We're not very familiar with the subject "hacker"... It's not that you can consider every Chinese as a potential hacker, like Jacky Chan has said that not every Chinese is a Master in Martial Arts. If you see that some hackers are potential employees of a big IT-multinational, it is very logic that they want to reach their goal: to find security leaks of soft-and hardware and maybe to abuse them for their pleasure.
A hacker will not use his/her own computer to attack the target(s). (S)he is not so stupid to let the 'victim(s)' be knowing his/her IP-address or likewise. Instead, the Internet is a perfect camouflage-road to ride on with several computers from other unaware surfers on the Net. With a little programming and cooperation, you can say that these hackers are coming from China, more specific the Chinese Peoples' Army. With a little help from the media by reporting it, these hackers are being encouraged to do it more often, so it seems that virtual China is everywhere...

Why not saying that this is an act to destabilize Chinese political and economical strategies? Isn't it already a virtual war is going on, where you even can't able to see the 'good' and the 'bad' guys? We've already mentioned that most of the Chinese people are working on ancient operating systems, because of their poor background. The next generation really Chinese hackers are operating in groups on more powerful computers/servers. We think that they are working in IT-communities like universities, R & D 'valleys', multinationals etc. But not in the political, bureaucratic environment. Have you even seen their equipment in the Peoples' Party buildings? And estimate their deputies ages? Not possible, though?!
And now, the USA wants to declutch the Internet to arrange it in order of importance. With other words, to let the surfers pay for certain contents of the Net. We consider that it would be a nice plan for the taxes and for defense against hackers,..
