Droom / Traum / Dream / сновидение / 梦想 in Eupen

Eupen is a city where we live and work. It's a very nice city and it will be nicer if there would be more investors involved to create the most beautiful green and vivid area of East-Belgium...
Time is not arrived yet. Should we be working for the project-manager, we could do it this way:
A few formerly well known pubs could be renovated as Theme-bars, like &) Rock's Pub, 2) Alt Eupen souvenir-bar, 3) Weserbrücke Café could be a symbolic bridge inside with a little creek, filled with Koi's, 4) a little Supermarket in Unterstadt, 5) a Karaoke-bar in the Klosterstrasse... You name it, we hope to do it!
Eupen has (had) its own beer brewery, so there must be 5) a museum, dedicated to the history of Eupen. Because the brewery is an UNESCO-protected building, it's a perfect accomodation to be a museum inside the workshop of the Paveestrasse.

6) The park Klinkeshöffchen could be more accessible, if the people can see the access... A water fountain or a creek with little duckies can be nice too.
7) More recreation for children in the Park. Nearby, inside the former Disco Blue Palace, the city could create an indoor-game center for kids. Well sound-proof of course for our neighbours...
8) Create something typical that reflects the Unterstadt, little hares in the Haasstrasse as slope for instance.
Eupen was also well known for it's fine-cloth manufacture. The Werthplatz still is representing the blooming industry in the 17.th century. 9) Why not a mode-museum from different sorts of cloths and folkloric costumes?
That will be nice to study, for old times sake!
The mainly problem are the finances... It's very simple. The Eupener Government has the money to re-invest, but how the brains of the guards will functionate?!
