Censuur, Censure, Zensur, Censorship, цензура, 责备

Censorship for Wikipedia is not new. All forms of information has already its own censorship.
The author(itiy) decides what will be written or what not.It is not only the strongest nation who will (re)write history, but also there are unwritten rules (read: moral background) of the author to put these info on the media.
External factors, like the media-authorities, government, religions,... use censorship to empower their strength. Or to protect their people from each other. If you know that a same story will change after 5 (five) people telling it, then the real truth is far behind. So a system to filter lies or halve truths and other false intentions must be set up.
With this instrument of "language"-restraint, you can execute your authority to your society or make your strategy stronger against your enemies. It is our moral principle to not put everything under freedom of speech, so other people can not be influenced by negative rumours.
It only depends on what you call negative, of course...
