Ah yes! The leading man of the Russian Federation. Well, for sure he's a charismatic person and very beloved by the Russian people: the agricultural and economical perceptions are growing. And he has convicted several wealthy persons who want to influence the political strategy of the Federation. A sort of a modern Robin Hood in corruption-land.
We can describe corruption as an extra service to power another. And that's precisely what's Russia is intending to do. Mostly in very bureaucratic, hierarchic systems, corruption is widespreaded. Where the criminality is very connected with prominent persons, will boost this 'service' to a higher level. And that from a man who says he's the most democratic person in the world...
He serves indeed the poor population.
As I said before: democracy can destroy itself and President Putin knows that: he wants to combine his strong leadership with actions of all kind. The opponents of his policy will be taken down efficiently, thanks to his expierences with the (formerly?) powerful KGB and a strong group behind him. Therefore other problems like criminality, ambiguous gas-prices, negative population-growth and terrorism must be seized. Likely with another 4 years of his leadership
