That's the delicate point for the most Western Europeans.
It is organising our pensions, our jobless existence, indirectly our health care service and educational culture and for the "poor" of us, jurisdictional supports.

Those who are abusing the S.S. by receiving their financial supports and not paying taxes at all by using the grey work area, will cause in time a prohibitive system.
Therefore it is useless to condemn these people, because OTHER people will do it too. So the best solution is to cancel the financial support from the S.S. for the young (even non-) working population . to give it to the people who are really need this.
For example: the senior people, for more than 66 % disabled persons and the really really sick ones...
They will change their mentality and have to work.

Due to the recent manifestations in West-Europe, this system cuts both sides.

They realize that they are power full to influence people for their goals. so called for the working people. but they don't understand the world economical situation: we all want a cheaper, more qualitative product in comparison of a decade ago. We all have some guilt for the present working crisis. Besides, It is not an economical crises at all.
The people here don't work in the weekend...
In the Far East and the USA they work every day, mostly several jobs to have their wealth and prosperity's. There are not so many festivals or financial supports after all.
The main principal of the trade union, they've forgotten: protect their people but not damage the whole society with this. After all, multinationals always are winning in times of globalisation...
